The paper entitled " Employee experience and organisational effectiveness: A mediating role of employee engagement" by Ms. Veena Shenoy ( 177101SM501) research scholar from School of Management and her research supervisor Dr. Rashmi Uchil, Assistant Professor, School of Management,  Won the Best Paper award at the 19th Consortium of students in Management research ( COSMAR 2019) organised by IISC Bangalore held during November 28-29,2019 in Bangalore.
